Welcome to the Comox Valley Real Estate Market on Vancouver Island!

The Comox Valley consists of plenty of small towns stretching from Union Bay on the southern edge to the northern part of Black Creek. There is definitely something for everyone as far as housing and activities go!

We have Mount Washington that is open all year around, for snow sports in the winter and mountain biking or hiking in the summer. There is all the water you could ask for with rivers, lakes and the ocean. Our mild climate allows for the length of the golf season to be greatly increased.

Market Update

We are currently in a strong spring market. There is a high volume of turnover all over the Valley. Most of the buyers are local, downsizing or upsizing their homes. We are also seeing a lot of purchases from other Canadians – coming from the East, Alberta and even other cities on the island like Victoria.

Real Estate value in the Valley continues to climb. The increases are not as large as they were in 2004, but they are steady, forecasted by CMHC to be a 7-10% increase for 2007.
